We are Tescons ltd whose trading name is OnandonHolidays, is a limited company registered in England and Wales, under the number of 10623966, at the address: 7, BRYN HAID CF23 7JN CARDIFF.

We act as a travel agent and brings you online and non-online booking options through contracts of selected accommodation, transportation and service providers all over the world. Online bookings: We do not own, operate or manage any of these services and their providers. We are responsible only for booking required services on your behalf. Each provider has their own terms and conditions. We recommend you read them carefully, as It is your responsibility to accept or decline these terms and conditions during booking process. By booking any of our services, you accept these terms and conditions and you are at least 18 years old. You must not accept any of bookings unless you understand and agreed with the terms and conditions.

The prices stated on this website are subject to increase depending on the availability, unless you make the full payment of the booking. Some of our service providers may ask for a deposit to hold your booking until a stated date. It is your responsibility to make the full payment before the stated date. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.

Upon receipt of full payment of the booking, we will forward all necessary travel documents to the clients with an invoice enclosed.

Non-online bookings: We have special agreements with the selected regional tour operators throughout the world. We are providing specialised cultural tours, tailor made group and individual itineraries. You may get a quote for those itineraries and programmes from their related pages on our website. In case you book one of those services of us, terms and conditions of the suppliers will apply. A binding agreement will come into existence once we have confirmed all arrangements with the suppliers and confirmed this by email to you. You must contact us immediately if any information which appears on the confirmation or any other document appears to be incorrect or incomplete as it may not be possible to make changes later. Please note, it might not be possible to make any changes with or without incurring an administration fee. Any changes might also be subject to any charges as per the tour operator. However, as we have direct contacts with those regional suppliers mentioned terms and conditions might be flexible and negotiable during booking process.

We charge 2% surcharge for all card payments, however due credit card issuer’ policies this may vary.

All monies paid to us is deposited to our trust account. You will see the name of “ TTA Trustees (UK) Ltd of Client Monies of Tescons Limited ” on your statements.

Tescons Ltd. and its suppliers are responsible for fulfilling the terms of the transactions.

If any interruptions occur during credit card transaction, Tescons Ltd will transmit the problem to its payment provider and liaise with the support team for resolution.

If we suspect a fraud, we reserve the right to cancel a transaction for security purposes. To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the booking process and may use appropriate third-party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. A credit check is not performed and your credit rating will be unaffected. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

In the event of a demand for refund or chargeback, Tescons Ltd act as an intermediary, evaluates the demand, examines compliance with the terms and conditions, negotiates with the suppliers and the customers and endeavours for reconciliation. In such a case Tescons Ltd. reserves the right to accept or decline the demand.

Flight companies may apply extra luggage, and/or extra meal fees due their price policy. We recommend you read airline companies extra fees policies very carefully while you are making a flight related booking. You can find the list of our flight operators as follows:

In case that it is not applicable to be pre- charged such as city tax, port tax etc., some additional fees may apply by hotels or other services providers.

Travel documents including, without limitation, airline tickets, hotel vouchers, tour vouchers or any other document (whether in electronic form or otherwise) used to confirm an arrangement with a service provider. Travel documents may be subject to certain conditions and/or restrictions such as, but not limited to, being non-refundable, non-date-changeable, and subject to cancellation and/or amendment fees. Travel documents cannot be transferred to another person to use. All airline tickets must be issued in the name of the passport/photo identity holder. An incorrect name on a booking may result in an inability to use that booking and the booking being cancelled. Any errors in names, dates and timings may result in an inability to use that booking and the booking being cancelled. Any errors in names, dates and timings on your documentation will be your responsibility if not advised at the time of booking.

Any amendments and/or cancellations are applicable for a part or all of your booking. However, most of the flight related products are restricted for amendments and cancellations. Subject to fare policy of service providers, penalties or fees may apply. For your amendments and cancellations please read the amendment and cancellation policies of our service providers very carefully. It is your responsibility to pay the applicable fees or penalties for your flight related services. We have the right to apply extra charges due our obligations against CAA regulations. We also have right to apply fees due amendment and cancellation policy of the service provider.

Any cancellation request must be sent to us in writing and will not take effect until received by us. Cancellations can only be accepted in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Supplier If you cancel your booking, the Supplier may charge the cancellation charges outlined in their terms and conditions (which may be 100% of the cost of the travel arrangements).

Most of Supplier/Principals adopt the following cancellation charges policy:

More than 84 days: Deposit.
57-84 days:30% or deposit whichever is greater.
29-56 days:50%.
22-28 days:75%.
8-21 days:90%.
Within 7 days of departure:100%.

Tescons Ltd is a member of Travel Trust Association with the number of Q5790. All your payments to Tescons Ltd will be deposited into a Trust Account which is designated to hold your money. Thus, we can provide you 100% financial protection.

We also comply with EU Package Tour Regulations 1992 through our membership to the Travel Trust Association

Tescons Ltd act as a retail agent of other ATOL holders. Flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website and booked through Tescons Ltd are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. But ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services listed on this website however all bookings provide 100% financial protection. We are not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any travel service provider or of any third party. In addition and without limitation, We are not responsible for any injury, loss, death, inconvenience, delay, or damage to person or property in connection with the provision of any goods or services whether resulting from, but not limited to, acts of God or force majeure, illness, disease, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, animals, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, mechanical or other failure of airplanes or other means of transportation, or for any failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time. Also, be advised that certain foreign facilities such as air-conditioning systems in public places, hotels and motor coaches may not be up to UK standards. If due to weather, flight schedules or other uncontrollable factors you are required to spend additional night(s), you will be responsible for your own hotel, transfers and meal costs. Baggage is entirely at owner’s risk. You may see the name OnandonHolidays affixed to motor vehicles, on signs around the hotel or elsewhere. This use of our name is purely for reasons of identification and does not denote ownership, supervision, or control by us in any way. The prices of these tours are based on rates in effect (including foreign exchange rates) at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice. Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements. You specifically agree that We are not liable for any consequential loss or damage.

All individuals departing from the UK must be in possession of a valid passport. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid travel documentation, including but not limited to passports and visas, which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at every destination. You are responsible for confirming with the UK or the representative government agency of the country to which you are traveling to confirm the requirements for visas and/or other requirements for admission to your destination. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility. A government issued ID is required for travel within the UK.

It is your responsibility to ensure you are aware of any health requirements for your travel destinations and to ensure that you carry all necessary vaccination documentation. Please advise your consultant of any special requirements you may have, for example, special meals, medical requirements and so on.

Some countries require insecticide spraying of aircraft prior to a flight or while you are on the aircraft. For more information, please check with your airline provider.

Service providers reserve the right to refuse service to travellers at their sole discretion and including without limitation if the traveller:
Lacks proper documentation for the country of destination
Has a contagious disease
Is under the influence of alcohol, drugs or narcotics
Manifests disruptive and/or unruly behaviour

A holiday is your chance to relax and unwind away from the stresses of everyday life, therefore we strongly recommend you purchase a travel insurance for cancellations and accidents.

We have contracts with selected service providers. Each of them has their own Customer Services. If a dispute occurs during your vacation we recommend you contact the service provider' Customer Services and follow their instructions. Most of the disputes resolve efficiently and quickly by this way. However, please keep in mind our Emergency contact number (+447393027889) is available 7/24. If you are still not satisfied with your solution, you may also write to our below mentioned postal address within 15 days of returning from your holiday.
